We seek to follow the direct of the Holy Spirit to bring gospel change throughout the cities of North America. We will develop apartments all over the nation to provide consistent, long-term housing for church planting missionaries and Revitalization Pastors. Our prayer is that we impact cities through supporting missionaries who decide to remain in that city and make a difference. We also feel called to use urban development as a way to bring peace to our cities and engage churches in these projects.
The first property on the left is $849,000.00 and will require $270,000 in down payment and upgrades. The second property on the right is $479,00.00 and will require $100,000.00.
We are asking God for donors to support our work through one-time gifts as the Lord leads. This allows us to make down payments on properties as well as rehab these properties. Monthly gifts are needed as well to allow us to work with local lenders to purchase property. They need to see that we have regular gifts coming to support our work. We pray that God will just provide the funds to buy properties outright. We are believing in a big God.
