Dr. Timothy W. Bailey has been around Missions Direct since 2015 when he took over the leadership of the foundation. We have come a long way in reaching the goals that God has set before us. Dr. Bailey studied at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned the degree Master of Divinity. He studied at The New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and earned the degree Doctor of Theology. He has served as a Senior Pastor, planted two churches, and then worked for the Penn/South Jersey Baptist Convention as the Director of Church Planting for Western PA. He also served as the National Trainer of Trainers in Church Planting for a major denomination. Served as the Director of Development for the Southeast for a major denomination. He also is currently leading Crossroads Community Church in Chicagoland as their Interim Pastor.

Fadi Amari was born to a very dedicated Christian family in the middle east and immigrated to the USA in 1989 with his parents and siblings for the sake of the ministry. Fadi has fully devoted his life for the past 30 years to leading Prayer and Worship ministries around the world. Professionally, Fadi has worked in several top positions in the field of Information Technology for the past 20 years. He is married to Dr. Damaris Amari and the two of them welcomed their first child, Abigail Grace, a few months ago.

Nathan Brown is the Lead Pastor at Real Church in Chicago. He has participated in the planting of two churches. Sandals Church in Riverside, CA – 1998 and Real Church in Chicago, IL – 2013. He is a 3rd generation pastors son and has served in the church his adult life. He is married and has two adult children. He has also served as an associate, administrative and executive pastor. He believes strongly in doing church as a team, loves leadership development and believes humility, obedience and faithfulness are the spiritual worship Christ desires in the city.
